I want to first thank you for your support. This is where we are in our efforts to help the people of Haiti. We can't do this alone. Your help is vitally needed, now!

AWMF's Haiti Medical Response:

Phase 1 - Immediate Response
Arise and Walk, in partnership with Bethel Gospel Assembly of Harlem, NY, will travel to Haiti on Thursday, January 28th through Monday, February 1st to perform on the ground reconnaissance in Port-Au-Prince. This will enable Arise and Walk to gain a clear understanding of the extent and specifics of healthcare and other needs, establish on the ground contacts and partnerships, identify sites for the establishment of a mobile hospital/clinics, and obtain the needed security for Phase 2.

Phase 2 - Establishment of AWMF Mobile Hospital/Clinics
Arise and Walk is planning to return to Haiti in February (dates of travel TBD) to establish a mobile hospital (MASH unit) which Arise and Walk and its partners will build/erect, stock, staff and operate. Our plan is to go at least one week a month for 6 months. THIS IS OBVIOUSLY AN EXTREMELY HUGE AND COSTLY UNDERTAKING THAT WILL REQUIRE GENEROUS FINANCIAL GIVING TO ACCOMPLISH THE TASK AT HAND.

Phase 3 - AWMF's Contribution to Long Term Care Development and Delivery
Arise and Walk has already begun and will continue to work with healthcare partners like the National Medical Association, churches and church mission groups, private and public hospitals, foundations, 501(c)3 non-profit organizations, etc. to develop a long term healthcare delivery plan to support the people of Haiti for the coming years. We will keep you informed as the plans develop. We request your prayer and support. This daunting challenge will only be accomplished with your support and God's grace and favor. But surely, with God, we will enable the people of Haiti to ARISE AND WALK!

Please, please, please send your most generous financial gift to Arise and Walk Ministries Foundation (AWMF) as soon as possible. We have to immediately purchase and amass the needed medicines, medical supplies, food and water in order to be able to mobilize in just a few weeks.
